Pre and Post Natal trainings
Trainings are designed to give you the safest workout during pregnancy, minimize pains, apply a positive impact on nervous system, help with easier delivery and improve sleep. During pregnancy, mothers gain weight, ligaments and joints are loosened, abdominal muscles are stretched. After delivery, it takes some time for the body returning to normal. Postnatal exercises help you to get body shape back, tone up the lax abdominal muscle and prevent low back pain.
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India and aim to control (yoke) and still the mind.

Program for Racers

Muhammad Usman, 29, is a FIM Licensed Professional Motorcycle Racer and a Coach based out of Dubai, UAE. Having started his riding journey at just 4 years of age, he has been on two wheelers for over 2 decades now.Having won various titles and many races, including the UAESBK, WASSS600 Series, Rookie Championship and a very well known coach at the Furiosa Racing Academy having trained over 200 riders, he is a true petrol head with a raging passion for racing.

While he makes it look easy to ride a bike at 290+ Km/h around a race track, dragging elbows, knees and sliding it around - it requires peak physical fitness to be able to control a crazy machine and do that consistently lap after lap for a during of a whole race.

To stay in top shape to be able to ride a bike - it requires the perfect blend of Stamina, Agility, and Strength. To be able to hang off a bike mid-corner requires a solid core to keep you in control of the machine, while being agile and flexible can also help reduce the chances of injuries during a high-speed crash and helps the body absorb impacts better.

We are proud to say that we, at Professional Fitness, support Usman in his fitness journey as top Personal Trainers and Nutritionists close work with him to provide him the best training routine and nutrition to ensure he is always in his top form for when he throws a leg over his bike - and keeping him competition ready.

Our PT and Nutritionists spend hours understanding his sport, the fitness requirements and come up with plans that support his racing during the off-season as well as the peak season to ensure he is ready to ride at all times.

Yumeiho therapy

Japanese Yumeiho therapy is based on the belief that our pelvis is the center and foundation of our skeleton. Any asymmetry of the pelvic position would be the start of many diseases. The most important goal of Yumeiho therapy is to correct the pelvis, to adjust the spine, to mobilize natural forces of the organism and to eliminate the cause of the pathological condition.

Pelvic asymmetry changes a location of the center of gravity of our body, causing the spine, joints and muscles to malfunction.

Ultimately the asymmetry of the pelvis can become the cause of many musculoskeletal diseases. This is due to the asymmetrical effect and the overloading of one side of the body. The most common symptoms are: back pain, lumbago, tingling in the limbs, headache, hernia, sciatica.

Yumeiho therapy can treat many diseases, for example: Lumbago, Sciatica, Pain in the hip joints, knees, ankles, toes and ribs, Headache, Stiffness or pain in the shoulders, Diarrhea,Menstrual pain,Irregular menstruation, Scoliosis (lateral curvature of the spine), Diseases of the liver, stomach, intestines, heart, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, bladder, etc
